SURROGATE LOVE ~ A MODERN MIRACLE for Mother’s Day!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! This was a perfect time to share this special story with you!
We were SUPER excited to hear that Ali and Adam were having twins! Adam called us a few weeks ago to tell their special story and schedule their belly session – they were 8 months pregnant! We photographed their wedding a couple of years ago and wanted to stay in touch because they were such a special couple. Ali had a heart transplant before the wedding so it was a miracle for everyone to be able to witness their event! SO because of the transplant, giving birth would be a challenge for Ali and we didn’t know if they would be in for their complimentary belly or baby session any time soon. Adam shared their story: They both conceived the embryo and needed a gestational carrier so they searched for that special person who would be a good match. At the same time, Shay is a mother of two by a doner and wanted to give back so she decided to find a couple that would appreciate her gift. Somehow they found each other and realized they were a perfect match!
Shay is generous and as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Just thinking about the commitment not only from her but her own family was enormous! This is an extraordinary family to share their life with the Gladsens and really for both families to have instantly adopted each other. I don’t know many people that could do that.
The three of them came in recently for their first and our first SURROGATE BELLY SESSION!
Enjoy some of my favorites and stay tuned for their newborn twins session!

WOW!!! You all look absolutely fabulous. After the commentary from Studio K and their beautiful photos of the three of you, we can really feel the miracle you are all experiencing. We can’t wait to be with you next week. We love you.

Beautiful Pics and a Beautiful Bride!!!!!

Marie + Dennis at Scotland Run ~ New Jersey Wedding Photography

Marie teaches at Cherry Hill East with Bill and it was so exciting to document their day and share in their celebration. Marie had such a beautiful glow all day and my favorite image is when Dennis texted Marie from the church, his expression was priceless!
We shot an E-Session with them in Haddonfield a few months back and made a beautiful guest book for them that I will post tomorrow.
Here’s some favorites from their day,
Thanks so much Marie & Dennis for letting Bill document your day!

Lovely photos. You truly captured the beauty of that day.

Max’s Monster Mitzvah

I just posted on Facebook a photo of Max’s Bar Mitzvah cake which when I first saw it, thought, OMG, his mother lets him drink MONSTER! That was so far from the truth; the truth is that he liked the M design and well, the rest is history. Max can’t be a monster either because he’s got two older sisters and they definitely won’t let him! They had a great party at the ELOUNGE in Cherry Hill, and you can see from the teasers all they needed was the music to get the party going.
Thank you to the Winigrad family for letting us document their day and to Daniel Leong for shooting a great party for us!
PS. This was the first mitzvah that I ever saw a husband and wife go up in a chair TOGETHER! You go Michele for being so gutsy!

WALK 4 FRIENDS & FAMILY WITH CANCER 2012

On 4/22 we went out to Connelly Park in Voorhees and photographed the 4th annual WALK FOR FRIENDS & FAMILY WITH CANCER.
Started by a local grassroots group of dedicated people, they have raised over 100,000 for cancer. Every year, local families come out to support their family and friends with cancer and there has been more than 750 walkers to date.
This year the rain didn’t stop all the dedicated people; take a peek at some of these teasers and see for yourself!
To learn more about this event, please go to walk4family-friendswithcancer.org.
Thank you Lisa Forman for asking us to be part of this event!

Every little thing we do makes us all feel like we are making a difference!
